Noelle Mower sent me this recipe for all of you. :-) Apparently they're amazing. Hope you all enjoy!
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Mix until just blended:
1 ½ Cubes butter
1/3 Cup Crisco
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
Add to above mixture and Cream Together:
2 Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
Sift together then add to above mixture:
¾ Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Baking Soda
3 ½ Cups Flour
Add lots of Chocolate Chips
Bake at 350 Degrees for 10 Minutes
Yield: About 5 dozen

I see why they are so good--1 1/2 cups of butter plus 1/3 cup Crisco and 2 cups of sugar--can't go wrong with that! :)
