Carmel Corn Recipe

Carmel Corn Recipe

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white corn syrup
3 cubes butter (don't substitute for margarine)
bring to a boil, (not too high) cook for 10 min or 250*
add 1 cup eagle sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla

I LOVE carmel corn!! I'll have to try making it this way next time! You know, you should try using mushroom popcorn for your recipies; Mushroom popcorn is the type that pops into balls, like cracker jacks, and its sturdy enough to not fall to pieces with your mixing it, but delicious and tender! I like to order mine from justpoppin.com, they have great products. I just tried their hulless popcorn the other day, too!!
