'Light' Chocolate Chip Cookies
'Light' Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yeild: 3 dozen
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 large egg whites
3/4 cup chocolate chips
(spray sheets with cooking spray)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Stir flour, baking soda and salt- set a side
3. Combine sugars and butter until blended. Add vanilla and egg whites. Mix. Then add flour mixture and chips.
4. Drop 2 inches apart on baking sheets that are coated with cooking spray.5.
Bake at 350 for 10 min. or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
